    Estimated days from order to dispatch for in stock items:

    Depends on the nature and weight of the shipment.

    Usually 1-10 days.

     

    Estimated days from dispatch to delivery for in stock items:

    ECONOMY - 2-7 business days.

    PRIORITY EXPRESS- 1-2 business days 

    PRIORITY - 2-4 business days

     

    WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

    Fedex Economy - Economy shipping, EU and other countries

    Fedex Priority - Faster Priority shipping, EU and other countries

    DPD courier - for local customers

    Shipping cost is calculated after entering address at the checkout.

    (It depends on the final volume of products and the destination)


    For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.     DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

    We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

    For information about customs process:

    Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

     

    ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

    We usually ship 3 times a week. Only business days.

    Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

     

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

    If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
